P.E with Kevin
Keeping fit while we are at home is really important as it is easy to find ourselves sitting down staring at a screen for long periods of time (I know you have to for a bit of this workout). Here's Kevin to help you stay active and healthy.
Go to Session 2 Video 1 and follow Kevin as he takes you through a core and aerobic workout. The video is split into two parts so make sure you click on Video 2 as well.
If you haven't done Session 1 already then give it a go - there's also a quiz.
Make sure you have a safe space in which to workout as this does involve running on the spot and floor exercises. If you have an exercise mat then even better but carpet will do and make sure you drink enough water during and after your workout.
