Car Park
We are aware that a number of parents are using the car park without a permit. This is a safety issue and we have had numerous complaints about this. We have contacted all families who have previously had a permit and are in the process of issuing new permits for this year. We ask all of you to please find alternative parking if you do not have a permit to ensure the safety of our children. If you believe you may be eligible for a permit, please contact the school office.
Flu Immunisations
The School Immunisation Team are visiting school next week to give the annual flu vaccination on Thursday 17th September. The flyer has been sent home this week and will be offered to all children in Nursery to Yr2 inclusive.
PTA AGM & Meet the Teacher
Please join us on Wednesday 16th September at 5:30pm for the Friends AGM and Meet the Teacher evening. The PTA will share details of their work over the last academic year as well as confirming members for this year. Parents are then welcome to join their child’s class teacher for an information session (in Year Groups) where details of your child’s school day and curriculum will be shared along with a chance for you to ask questions.
Please note: children are not able to attend this event, it is an information session for parents only.
A catch up Meet the Teacher session will be held on Thursday 17th September at 9:00 – 9.30 for those who are unable to attend on Wednesday or for parents who wish to attend sessions for multiple year groups (e.g. you have a child in Reception and Year 2).
After School Clubs
All after school clubs will be starting next week. There are some spaces in the Sports clubs and in Lego club. Please see the email that was sent out this week.
Forest School and PE lessons
Now that all of our children are at school full time, Forest School sessions and PE lessons will go ahead as normal. Please check ClassDojo for specific class information/contact the class teacher.
Rock Steady
Rock Steady started back this week. If your child is interested, please see the attached link below to register https://booking.rocksteadymusicschool.com/
